What is an online payment gateway?
An online payment gateway lets your website, app or payment link accept card, FPX, DuitNow, eWallet and buy now, pay later payments, and pays the money out to your bank account.
What can my customers pay with?
Visa, Mastercard, MyDebit, UnionPay, Diners Club, Discover, FPX, DuitNow, Touch ’n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, SPayLater, Atome and GrabPayLater. Visa and Mastercard credit, debit and prepaid cards are accepted.
Do I need a website?
No. You can send a payment link by chat, email or social media.
Can I use it with Shopify or WooCommerce?
Yes. It works with major e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and WooCommerce.
How long until I get paid?
Online payments are paid out in 2 working days (T+2).
How much does it cost?
Rates depend on your business and the payment methods you offer, so we do not publish a rate card. We send you a transaction rate proposal and explain every fee in writing before you sign up.
Do you support refunds?

Yes. Multiple currencies are supported.

Yes. Recurring payments may cost extra, so ask us when we prepare your proposal.

How long does approval take?
Approval usually takes 3 to 5 working days after we submit your application. Your payment methods then usually activate within 2 to 3 days, though sometimes it takes longer.
Is it secure?
Yes. Your payments run through our payments partner, Fiuu, formerly Razer Merchant Services, which publishes its security certifications on its website (opens in a new tab): PCI DSS Service Provider Level 1 and ISO 27001:2022.
