Who we are

This website, amicalabs.com, is run by Amica Labs Sdn Bhd, registration number 202401037024 (1582871-M). In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Amica Labs Sdn Bhd.

We handle personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

Contact form. When you send our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, the topic you choose and your message. The form is run by Formspree, a form service that passes your message on to us by email.

Email and WhatsApp. When you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send us, your email address or phone number, and any name shown on your account.

Nothing else from this website. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking on this website. Our website host may keep basic technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry.
• To tell you about the products or services you asked about.
• To keep a record of our conversations with businesses.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for anything you would not expect from the enquiry you made.

Merchant payment data

If your business uses our payment services, card and payment data is processed by our payments partner, Fiuu, formerly Razer Merchant Services, under your merchant agreement. That data is not collected through this website. Your merchant agreement explains how it is handled.

Who we share it with

• Formspree, to deliver contact form messages to us.
• Our email and WhatsApp providers, to receive and reply to your messages.
• Fiuu, formerly Razer Merchant Services, for merchants who use our payment services.
• Anyone we must share it with by law.

Some of these services may store data outside Malaysia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to keep your data protected.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and to keep proper business records. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you,
• correct data that is wrong or out of date,
• delete your data, or
• stop using your data.

Email contact@amicalabs.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act. We will reply within 21 days.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information, such as card numbers, through the contact form.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the bottom shows when it last changed.
